Baked turkey steaks with canned mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 turkey steaks
  • 1 can mushrooms, whole heads, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet or hot
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • Oil or baking paper for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple, quick preparation and yet delicious

Season the turkey steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika and place them in a non-stick baking dish. If the dish is uncoated, either use parchment paper or brush the dish with oil. Halve the mushrooms and place them on top of the steaks. Sprinkle the pizza seasoning over the mushrooms. Place everything in the oven on the second shelf from the bottom and cook for about 20 minutes at 160-170°C with fan assist. Check the doneness at the end of the cooking time. Serve with any salad, vegetables, or other side dishes of your choice.
