Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bags of rice (boil-in-the-bag)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ liter of water
  • Soup seasoning
  • 500 g turkey breast, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring half a liter of water to a boil in a large pot (soup pot). Pour in the rice from the boil-in-the-bags and season with soup seasoning. Cook the rice for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, brown the diced turkey breast in hot fat, add the onion and garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Slice the carrots and sauté. Dice the mushrooms and sauté them. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything with the cooked rice and season again. Serve with cucumber salad or a crisp green salad.
