Baked croissants with a dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 dashes lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 dashes orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 cl brandy
  • some sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 croissants
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 4 slices of turkey breast or cooked ham
  • 4 slice(s) cheese, (butter cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Snack or small appetizer

Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and season with curry, brandy, sugar, salt, and pepper. Top each croissant with a slice of salami, turkey breast, or cooked ham and cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese begins to melt. Serve on plates and drizzle with the dressing. Serve with leaf salad.
