Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 cocktail tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 box of cress
- 100 g cream cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the tomatoes off the vines, leaving the green parts on. Carefully wash the tomatoes, cut off the tops, and hollow out the tomatoes. Mix the cream cheese with the garlic and cress and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the cream into the tomatoes. Place the tops on the tomatoes and arrange the tomatoes, for example, on a bed of cress.
