Salad with white beans

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small can/n beans, white
  • 2 red bell peppers, peeled, from the jar
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp, leveled mustard
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 pinch(s) salt and pepper
  • 2 drops of Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rinse the beans and drain well. Meanwhile, chop the bell peppers into small pieces and the onion into strips. Mince the garlic and finely chop the chives. For the marinade, season the tomato ketchup with vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Mix in the prepared ingredients and let it marinate, ideally overnight. The salad is delicious with grilled meat.
