Cucumber salad with sour cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and quarter the cucumber. Remove the seeds (it’s best to do this, as otherwise it will be too runny). Then cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the sour cream with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Add the cucumber pieces and finally mix everything together.
