Spring onions baked with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 spring onions
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, wash and finely chop the spring onions. Then, peel and quarter the potatoes, and boil them in a pot filled with water for 6-8 minutes. Wash, slice, and dry the mushrooms, then place them in a greased baking dish along with all the other ingredients. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the ingredients. Mix the sour cream with two eggs, season with salt, nutmeg, and parsley, and pour over the remaining ingredients. Finally, bake everything at 200°C. After 15-20 minutes, when the cheese is golden brown, the dish is ready.
