Mix all ingredients (except the mandarins) together; the batter should drip from the spoon. Pour into a 26 cm ring dish completely lined with baking paper, smooth it down, and press the filleted mandarins into the cheese with the narrow side exposed. Bake in a cold oven at approximately 140°C (convection oven) for approximately 90 minutes. After about 15 minutes, remove the ring and let it cool. My own recipe.
