Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp, heaped Parmesan, grated
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 8 slices of mozzarella
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

For the sauce, finely chop the basil, mix with olive oil and Parmesan cheese, season with salt, and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Season the ground beef, knead thoroughly, and form 4 burgers. Fry in a pan or on the grill. Sprinkle with the cheese and melt slightly. Wash the arugula, slice the tomatoes, and toast the hamburger buns. Top the buns with lettuce, meat, cheese, tomatoes, and sauce.
