Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g flour (fine spelt flour)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 8 bars of chocolate (household chocolate)
- 125 ml cream (snow cream)
- 1 tsp rum
- 250 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with Snow Cream
Make a batter with the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Bake thin pancakes. Stir the snow cream until smooth, then stir in the melted chocolate and rum. Fold in 3 tablespoons of stiffly whipped cream. Spread a generous tablespoon of chocolate filling on each pancake. Roll up and decorate with the remaining whipped cream (with a little vanilla sugar).
