Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g double cream
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 stalk(s) vanilla pod(s)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate (chocolate chips, e.g. milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Heat the double cream in a saucepan and melt the dark chocolate in it. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise, add the seeds to the mixture, and stir in. Let the chocolate cream mixture cool, stir in the chocolate pieces, and cover and chill in the freezer for about 4 hours.
