Fluffy Nutella semolina porridge à la Nathalie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp semolina
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • some sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

very fine and easy to make

Bring the milk to a boil, stir in the semolina, and let it swell. Sweeten to taste. Add the cocoa powder and Nutella and mix well. Remove the pot from the heat and place it in a cold water bath (I use the sink). Add the baking powder and mix vigorously with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes. This will make the semolina nice and light and fluffy. You can also choose other flavors, such as nut, cinnamon, fruit, etc.
