Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g grain (6-grain mix)
- 300 ml water
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 200 g rhubarb
- 500 g strawberries
- 500 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey

Grain yogurt as a healthy breakfast or as a dessert
Bring the 6-seed mixture to a boil with the water and cinnamon, then simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes. Add the trimmed and finely chopped rhubarb about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Top up with more water if necessary, but remember that the rhubarb also releases liquid. Allow to cool. Trim the strawberries, quarter half, and puree the other half with the yogurt and honey. Carefully stir the strawberry yogurt and strawberry quarters into the cooled seed mixture. Also delicious with 250g each of yogurt and quark.
