Mackerel – cream cheese cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g mackerel fillet, smoked, in pieces
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp horseradish, natural
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 onion(s), peeled, roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes lemon(s)
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into small rolls
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

An Omega3-containing dip

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for one hour. Serve as a dip with raw vegetable strips or small boiled potatoes.
