Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g mackerel fillet, smoked, in pieces
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tsp horseradish, natural
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 onion(s), peeled, roughly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes lemon(s)
- Salt
- 1 bunch of chives, cut into small rolls
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
An Omega3-containing dip
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for one hour. Serve as a dip with raw vegetable strips or small boiled potatoes.
