Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of dough (Hermann)
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml olive oil
- 100 ml sparkling wine, dry
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 200 g cheese
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Instructions

Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Finely dice the onion and fry it in a pan with a little oil. Also dice the bell pepper and cheese, and chop the parsley. Combine the flour, baking powder, Hermann’s yeast, eggs, remaining oil, sparkling wine, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Then fold in the onion, bell pepper, parsley, and cheese with a spoon. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake at 170-180°C for about 45-50 minutes. Serve the cake lukewarm with salad. It’s also delicious cold!
