Tuna truffle pasta

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle, fresh (refrigerated section)
  • 1 jar tuna in olive oil
  • 1 tsp truffle oil
  • 40 g butter
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Truffle, sliced, for garnishing, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, bring a pot of water to a boil with plenty of salt. Meanwhile, finely dice the garlic and drain the tuna. When the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook for about 1 minute. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic and tuna. When the pasta is ready, ladle it straight from the pasta water into the pan and add a small cup of pasta water. Add the truffle oil, salt, and pepper. The pasta will be a little watery at first. This will settle after a few minutes of stirring. It will form a creamy sauce, and the meal is ready. Finally, serve in deep plates and, if desired, garnish with a few slices of truffle.
