Spaghetti with lime and tuna sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 lime(s), (amount to taste)
  • 400 g pasta, spaghetti
  • 250 g cream
  • 1 tbsp sauce thickener, light
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 2 tbsp capers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and garlic. Squeeze the lime juice. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener. Drain the tuna and stir it into the sauce with the capers. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and the lime juice. Toss the spaghetti with the sauce and serve immediately.
