Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped, as desired
- pepper
- ½ red bell pepper(s), as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Crumble the feta cheese and season with pepper. Place it on the rolled-out puff pastry, sprinkle with herbs, and roll up. Bake for 20 minutes. Variation: Cut the rolled-up pastry into approximately 1 cm wide strips; these snails will then only need 15 minutes at 200°C. Variation 2: Additionally, dice 1/2 red bell pepper and mix it into the cheese.
