Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 radishes
  • cloves, peppercorns or caviar
  • 3 sprigs of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Decoration for the buffet for a child’s birthday, creative vegetables

Boil the eggs, rinse them in cold water, and peel them. Cut off a little bit of the bottom end of the egg so that it stands upright and doesn’t roll away. Cut the stalks off the radishes and stick them on the end of each egg to make a tail. Slice the rest of the radishes and stick two slices on the top of the egg (front) to make ears (press in a little). For the eyes and nose, stick cloves, peppercorns, or caviar, depending on your taste (press a little into the egg for better hold). Finally, stick dill into the egg (next to the nose) to make whiskers. About 3 on each side.
