Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp lemon(s)
- 4 tbsp cream or mayonnaise
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs and halve them. Remove the egg yolks and mix them with the other ingredients. Fill a piping bag with the egg yolk mixture and fill the egg halves. Decorate with chives. P.S.: Quantities are difficult to estimate; you’ll have to experiment.
