quick and easy summer dish

Brown the gnocchi in a pan with a little oil. Add the goat’s cheese and cream to the pan and let it melt. Halve the cherry tomatoes, add them, and let them warm through. Season everything with herbs of your choice and serve. This dish thrives on truly aromatic tomatoes and tastes best with homegrown tomatoes from the garden or truly sun-ripened tomatoes from the supermarket. It’s incredibly quick and incredibly simple, but so delicious that it’s become our absolute favorite summer dish.
