Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of vanilla ice cream, approx. 900 ml
  • 200 g dark chocolate drops
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 100 g almond sticks

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes

Ice cream confectionery with vanilla ice cream and dark chocolate, approx. 40 pieces

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the ice cream evenly. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper, press down firmly, and place in the freezer overnight. Lift the ice cream out of the baking dish and peel off the top sheet of parchment paper. Cut the ice cream into small squares with a knife and return it to the freezer. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil over a pan of simmering water. Then stir in the almond slivers. Toss the ice cream pieces in the chocolate and immediately return them to the freezer until they harden.
