Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate cookies
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 800 g cream cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 300 g cream
  • 1 lemon(s), organic, juice and zest
  • 4 banana(s), or 5
  • 100g Nutella
  • 50 g almond sticks

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 35 minutes

With Nutella, almonds and cream cheese

Crumble the chocolate cookies and mix with the melted butter. Spread them on the bottom of a non-stick baking dish (30 x 24 cm), press down, and chill for about 20 minutes. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Cut the bananas into three pieces lengthwise. Spread half of the cream cheese filling on the base. Top with the bananas and spread with the remaining cream. Melt the Nutella in a water bath. Lightly toast the almond slivers in a dry pan. Decorate the cake with Nutella strands and almonds. Chill for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
