Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of rolls, diced
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt
- 1 pack of bacon, diced
- Meat broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the bread cubes with the egg, chopped parsley, flour, and bacon. Season with a little salt and, if desired, other spices like nutmeg. Then add enough water to form a dough that’s easy to knead. Knead thoroughly, then form dumplings. Cook them in the meat broth for about 10 minutes. Don’t overcook them, or they’ll fall apart!
