Cabbage with minced meat – stew

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large white cabbage
  • 2 onions
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the chopped onions in a large pot. Add the ground meat and fry. Gradually add the chopped cabbage and fry until lightly browned. Add the vegetable stock and chopped tomatoes. Simmer with the lid on for about 30 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Delicious!
