Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g sauerkraut
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp Chinese spice
- salt and pepper

Finely chop the onions, add them to a pan with the olive oil, and fry until translucent. Add the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Once the minced meat is cooked through, add the tomato paste and mix well. Finally, add the sauerkraut and heat over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Now add the Chinese spice and paprika, and season with salt and pepper.
