Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 papaya
- 4 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 250 ml milk
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Briefly bring the milk, honey, oat flakes, and coconut to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat and simmer gently until a porridge of the desired consistency forms. Peel the papaya, halve it, remove the seeds with a spoon, and dice the flesh. Let the porridge cool slightly and stir in a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with the papaya cubes.
