Dark chocolate cream with figs

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g fig(s), dried
  • 25 ml water
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • 5 g cocoa powder, slightly defatted
  • 10 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Simple, alkaline, no added sugar

Chop the figs very finely and add half as much water, in this case 25 ml. Stir well and let it soak for an hour. Now add the cocoa powder, cinnamon (if desired), and the cream, and stir well. I love eating this cream on bread or in pancakes. This recipe can also be varied in many ways. Instead of figs, use dried dates, vanilla pods, or ground nuts.
