Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g couscous, e.g. instant
  • 3 bell peppers, colored, diced
  • 1 cucumber(s), diced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 ½ packs of feta cheese, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 2 lemons, unsprayed, juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • e.g. parsley, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions, let it cool, and then mix in the diced ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients, season to taste, and toss into the salad.
