Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g breakfast bacon
- 200 g minced meat
- 3 spring onions
- 2 large tomatoes
- 125 g mushrooms
- 125 ml red wine
- ½ tsp herbs de Provence
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 250 g pasta (croissants or short macaroni)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the bacon and fry, preferably in a pan with a lid. Add the minced meat and fry until browned and crumbly. Slice the spring onions, add them and fry them briefly. Dice the tomatoes and add them, pour in the wine and season the sauce with salt, pepper, Provençal herbs and cayenne pepper. Simmer with the lid closed for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Quarter or slice the mushrooms, depending on your taste and size, and add them to the sauce. Simmer gently until the pasta is tender, then season to taste and serve the sauce with the pasta.
