- 150 g butter

- 1 ½ kg plums or prunes

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Plum cake
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). For the batter, combine all ingredients and spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Wash the plums, halve them, remove the stones, and arrange them in a flake-like pattern on the batter. Then, using butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and flour, make the crumble and spread it over the fruit. Bake for 35 minutes. Then, let the cake cool and enjoy with whipped cream, if desired.
