Pasta with mushrooms and basil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ bunch basil, cut into fine strips
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms for about 3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle in the cheese and let it melt. Add the mushrooms and basil, stir in, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the spaghetti.
