Spirelli in bed with redfish, kissed by a tomato cream
Some like it hot: Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Styling for the rendezvous: Meanwhile, season the fish with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and dust with flour (we don’t want anything to burn later). Wash and chop the tomatoes, and briefly sauté them in a small saucepan. Add the tomato pesto. Now it’s getting hot: In a large pan (there should still be room for the pasta, just in case), fry the fish on both sides in oil or margarine, then roughly chop it up (sometimes the fish just faints on its own). Add the cream to the tomatoes, bring to a boil, and season with spices. Bedtime games: Remove the cooked pasta from its bath, rinse briefly, and add it to the fish in bed. Light a fire under the butt for a moment, then let the tomato cream kiss it. Mix well in the heat of the moment and serve. A slightly different way of cooking.
