Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 liter vegetable broth or chicken broth
  • 125 g noodles (soup noodles, star noodles)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • possibly carrot(s), diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the vegetable broth into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add the star-shaped noodles, and cook according to the package instructions. Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk. Remove the pan from the heat, slowly add the egg, and whisk simultaneously. For a more flavorful twist, you can also add very small diced carrots to the broth and cook for 5 minutes (before adding the noodles).
