Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 500 g potatoes, waxy
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 200 g cheese (gratin cheese), grated
  • 250 g cream
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Clean the potatoes, kohlrabi, and carrots. Slice everything and pre-cook in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Grease a casserole dish. Add all the vegetables and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Whisk the cream with the egg and pour over the vegetables. Bake everything in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Serve as a side dish with fish fillets or pork fillets.
