Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 small can of corn
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 bell peppers
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese
  • Herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the raw potatoes and slice them. Place them in a baking dish and season with salt. Top with peeled tomatoes, corn, and bell peppers. Mix together a sauce of yogurt and sour cream, season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
