Fiery banana soup

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small red chili pepper(s)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 200 ml vegetable broth (1 tsp instant)
  • 100 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chili pepper into thin rings or strips. Heat the oil and fry the chili. Mash the banana with a fork and add it. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Puree the soup. Mix the yogurt and cornstarch, add it to the soup, and bring to a boil briefly. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
