Strawberry sorbet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, cleaned and washed
  • 125 ml apple juice
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • some vanilla sugar to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Puree all ingredients. Let cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and place it in the freezer. Stir frequently. After about 3 hours, puree and serve.
