Simple, delicious pasta bake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g each
  • ½ pack of herb melted cheese, approx. 200 g each
  • 1 tsp, chopped basil, shredded
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sugar
  • 250 g pasta
  • n. B. Cheese, grated, or mozzarella, torn into pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

with an Italian touch

Peel the onion and garlic. Fry the minced meat and diced onion in a little oil in a large pot. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Deglaze the minced meat with the broth and add the passata, sour cream, and melted cheese. Bring to a boil briefly, then season the minced meat with basil, salt, and pepper to taste. If desired, balance the acidity of the tomatoes with a pinch of sugar. Add the pasta and cook for about 5 minutes. Pour the mixture evenly into a baking dish and cover with the cheese. Bake the casserole in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for 25-30 minutes.
