Turkey strips with peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet(s), cut into strips
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 500 g red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 2 onions, peeled and diced
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and squeezed
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • chili powder
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat the oil and brown the meat. First, add the diced onion, then the diced bell pepper, and sauté. Add the garlic and tomato paste and season to taste. Pour in about 400 ml of water and cook for about 25-30 minutes. Finally, stir in the sour cream and season with honey. A total of 10 WW points.
