Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 white cabbage, 700-1000g
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 apple
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce or mayonnaise
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • Sugar
  • ½ bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with cucumber, peppers and remoulade

Finely grate the white cabbage (Jaromkohl, pointed cabbage, or young cabbage are best). Slice the cucumber crosswise once and cut into approximately 4 mm sticks (use a 3.5 mm V-slicer). Slice the bell peppers and apple into sticks as well. Cut the carrot into julienne strips. Finely chop the dill. Combine all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, sugar, dill, and 2-3 tablespoons of tartar sauce. You don’t need to let it stand.
