Pineapple – radish – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large radish(s), white
  • 1 can pineapple, diced, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

incredibly delicious and refreshing

Wash and peel the radish, and cut it into very fine, long strips. Immediately mix with the salt and let it marinate in the refrigerator for one hour. Then drain off any liquid that has separated from the radish. Mix the drained pineapple pieces with the radish and sour cream. Serve well chilled.
