Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of corn
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • ½ liter broth, clear
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 tbsp curry powder (more or less to taste)
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onion. Trim, deseed, and dice the bell pepper. Peel and finely grate the carrots. Sauté the onions in hot butter. Add the bell pepper, carrots, and corn. Sprinkle with flour, then pour in the clear broth and milk. Season with curry powder, salt, and pepper and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Add the cream, season to taste, and serve.
