Cafe ‘de Paris All-rounder – Dip

The perfect cafe ‘de paris all-rounder – dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark (or low-fat quark)
  • 100 g Crème fraîche (15% from Rama)
  • 100 ml Sour cream 10% fat
  • 4 tsp Café de Paris
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Splash Lemon fresh
  • 5 tbsp Chopped herbs
  1. The above ingredients are mixed together and stirred into a creamy mass. (If you use fresh herbs – cut them fresh beforehand) If you want the “not sweet version”, just leave out the lemon and cinnamon and instead take 4 teaspoons, 5 teaspoons of Café de Paris. If you like, you can also add seasoning to taste. Herbs = freshly cut, (parsley, chives) or as a spice. The Café de Paris spice (here from Fuchs) includes: garlic, onions, turmeric, ginger, coriander, paprika, ground MUSTARD GRAIN, caraway, cardamom, cinnamon, lemongrass, nutmeg, cumin, chillies, fennel, allspice, cloves, pepper, fenugreek seeds , Vanilla, rosemary, mace, star anise, bay leaves.
