Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 60 g walnuts
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, freshly chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 16 minutes; Total time approx. 26 minutes

Rinse the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Combine the curry and chili powder with the olive oil and brush the chicken with it. Season with salt and fry slowly on both sides in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Finely chop the walnuts. Peel the garlic and finely dice it. Mix both with the yogurt and herbs and season with salt and lemon juice. Serve the sliced ​​chicken breast fillets with the walnut and herb sauce.
