Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g chicken breast
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Thai curry paste (Penang curry paste)
  • Thyme
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Finely chop the garlic. Mix the soy sauce with the curry paste, honey, thyme, and white wine vinegar and season to taste. Fry the chicken in a pan with a little oil. Add the garlic and deglaze with the sauce. Slice the chicken breast and serve with the sauce.
