Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg Brussels sprouts
- 2 oranges, squeezed
- 150 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then sauté them in olive oil. Deglaze with orange juice and let it reduce slightly. Add the cream and season. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
