Braised white cabbage with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • ½ head of white cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Parsley

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick and tasty

Pat the meat dry, chop it into small pieces, and lightly fry it in a pan with a little oil, then season with salt. Dice the onion and add it to the meat. Grate the carrots and finely slice the cabbage. Add everything to the turkey and simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes. Add the chopped bell pepper, tomato paste, and spices, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add parsley if desired. Delicious on its own or with mashed potatoes.
