Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey schnitzel, diced
- 10 g margarine
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 100 ml water
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 kg diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- 500 g waxy potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives
- salt and pepper

Sear the meat cubes in the margarine, dust with paprika, and add a little water. Add the bell pepper, tomato ketchup, tomatoes, and potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Serve sprinkled with parsley and chives. A fresh mixed salad and a glass of dry white wine complete the dish.
